What started as a small idea has grown into a charming food trailer rolling through Dallas and its suburbs — serving dishes that honor Madhu’s legacy. We carry forward Madhu’s joyful energy in every dish — cooking with heart, serving with soul, and connecting people through food. I’ve been a chef for 37 years, with experience in launching both a restaurant and a catering business. So when I received a message from Shital Patel from Madhu’s Rasoy, I was truly excited—especially because it involved something close to my heart: starting a food truck business. Having a mobile food truck has been a quiet dream of mine for years, and now it’s becoming a reality.
